Richly flavored pinto beans used for a whole slew of dishes! Baked bean dishes, Texas chili, and southern Red Beans and Rice all use this nutritious powerhouse. 2' tall bushes yield long flat pods containing 5 seeds each. Dry and store for winter meals.
