Truform-OTC brand (model 0331) double spring hernia truss. Provides optimum support to maintain a bilateral scrotal hernia in reduction. Fastening in front allows for easy application and removal. Designed with two (right and left) rustproof steel springs covered with 1 synthetic leather sleeves, joined together by no. 0198 tapered back pad, 7 x 2 at apex, which allows for circumferential adjustment and lateral pad placement. Anterior leather fastening strap, 10 long, with stud holes spaced at 1 intervals. Even hip sizes: 30-46. Made in USA.
