Lappi is finnish cheese that is named so because it was developed in the lapland province of Finland. It is produced from partially skimmed cow`s milk, pasteurized. Lappi is mild in flavor and firm-teztured with small holes. The smooth, rich, creamy cheese is sweet and are allergic to gluten.
